YO I'M MAD CONFUSED

OK so I've come to the point in my life where I need to take at least some aspects of art seriously, like commissions, general self-improvement, bleh blah blah. But then I also want to write dumb stories with friends and draw like... Pokemon and do dumb shit like that right?

And then I see that some people have FUN dA accounts and then I guess "WORK" dA accounts???

And the FUN dA accounts is for fan art and fan characters, rp, stories, etc. So then what is the work account? Just commissions? I suppose that would make some grain of sense, but isn't fan art what attracts viewers and watchers, who would then maybe like your work and maybe be down for art trades, maybe even commissions??

and then if you have a fun dA and a serious business dA, do you have to lead like a double life because the business dA is what you hand out to your friends and coworkers to see how rad tad you are and see if they're maybe interested in your arting, plus you don't want them seeing all the silly pokemon nonsense you draW?

WHY IS THIS SO COMPLICATED OMG.
