EDIT: finished the page. some environmental/setting references from google.
Juuuuust 'cause I haven't been drawing a lot and uploading even less.
I have no idea where this came from (
besides a dog RP in 2011 that Ski-Machine helped me out with
), just kinda figured that doing a comic page would help me get through an art block. This was probably the worst idea for it, though, because I am a wiener for details and rubble/broken cities call for sooo so much attention to detail if you want it to look good, that it's not so much of a stress reliever as it is... a very lengthy, eye-straining google search. :s
I am happy to announce, however, that the dog in the foreground of the second panel was drawn completely and solely from memory! Hooray, no more cat-looking dogs without references!
Though I will undoubtedly continue to use them.
Also, for old watchers, on the slim odds I pick up on this thing, it's likely that it'll feature Sketch in some way or another. And when I say "pick up on this", and "slim odds", any continuation of this (or gosh darn completion even) will probably be done only in my utter free time... @.@ Because junior year is cruel on the soul and I need an outlet (and I can never stick to one.)
Additionally, this is super super duper sketchy/drafty/rough that I didn't bother looking over grammar and spelling and etc. because I just wanted to draw and not think too much about the story or sorting. <.>
